How can I arrange routine care if I have seborrheic dermatitis?
The first step is to ask the attending doctor: whether you can do daily care, and which ingredients and operations should be avoided. The treatment of scalp seborrheic dermatitis is mainly medical lotions and drugs, which can be combined with daily cleaning (international expert consensus, PMID 38919137), but the boundaries must be kept.
Pay attention to three points in the arrangement: only do gentle cleaning items; avoid irritating operations (high-concentration acids, skin-breaking items); proactively inform the location of diagnosis and medication status. Care should not conflict with treatment, nor should it be described as "care can cure dermatitis".
