When talking about effects, you should talk about three things at the same time: observation period, individual differences, and verifiable recording methods - use periodic assessments and comparisons rather than vague claims.

You can also use the same criteria to test us: ask "How do you see the effect, are there any before and after records, and what should I do if it doesn't work?" If the answer is vague or only talks about "many people have good results," you should be wary.
