How do you arrange care for a sensitive scalp prone to redness?
Three principles: test a small area before treating the entire scalp; product ingredients are transparent and can be checked; intensity is adjustable, adjust or stop immediately if redness occurs. If you have any allergies, please inform us when you arrive at the location.
Medically speaking, it is not common for shampoos to cause sensitization due to short contact time, but special added ingredients (such as propolis, etc.) may cause sensitization. If repeated redness, itching, and scaling persist, it is recommended to go to a dermatology department to check for contact dermatitis and other causes before deciding on care arrangements.
