Compare a session package with an annual plan in five steps: check validity and expiry terms; divide the total cost by the number of sessions and compare it with the single-session price; get written refund, transfer, and location-change rules; keep the contract and payment receipt; and avoid buying more sessions than you can reasonably use.
Judicial Interpretation Fa Shi [2025] No. 4 says certain unfair no-refund, lost-card, and transfer restrictions are invalid (Article 9); transfer requires notice to the provider (Article 11); a move that causes substantial inconvenience may justify ending the contract (Article 13); and refunds for an unlimited-use time-based plan are calculated in proportion to the remaining term (Article 22).
