Q14 How is the position of my hairline determined?
The doctor determines the hairline with you during your consultation, combining your aesthetic preferences with facial proportions, native hair direction, forehead-muscle movement and available donor reserves. We do not use a fixed template.

Normal hairline and temporal-region density is generally around 40–50 FU/cm² (Keene et al., Hair Transplant Forum Int. 2018;28(1)). Planned density must be compatible with this physiological range and the total donor supply.
The design is strictly limited by total donor reserves. Your desired hairline and the achievable hairline may differ; an excessively low hairline can consume reserves needed in the future.
