Yes. We will advise against surgery when there are medical contraindications, clearly insufficient donor reserves, rapidly progressing unstable hair loss, a large gap between expectations and achievable results, or an unclear diagnosis.

The Physicians Law requires doctors to follow clinical standards. Surgical indications are determined by clinical assessment.
This means you may leave the consultation without a surgical plan. If assessment finds surgery unsuitable, surgical fees already collected are refunded in full; services already provided, such as examinations or consultations, are settled at their actual cost and the remainder is returned. You must apply in your own verified name, and funds are returned through the original payment channel. We respond about acceptance within two working days and issue a handling response within ten working days.
If another institution has told you surgery is possible at any time but we find it unsuitable, you can request a written explanation from the doctor.
