Q28 What happens if the result is unsatisfactory?
We do not guarantee a graft survival rate or promise that every graft will survive. We do offer a conditional follow-up arrangement: its conditions, assessment time and evaluation method are agreed in writing and signed by both parties before surgery. Assessment is usually at least 12 months after surgery, comparing baseline and follow-up results using standardized photography and follicular-unit counts in the same marked area.
Article 16 of the Advertising Law prohibits guaranteed cure-rate or efficacy claims in medical advertising. The Consumer Rights Protection Law requires agreed terms to be clearly disclosed. Written terms include assessment timing, evaluation methods, action if agreed standards are not met, such as supplementary transplantation or other medically suitable care, and exclusions such as not following medication instructions or stopping medication yourself, missed follow-ups, untreated trauma or infection, progressing hair loss or insufficient donor reserves.
This is a service arrangement, not a guarantee of treatment results. Whether another operation is possible still depends on the clinical assessment at that time.
