Q42 What qualifications does the nursing team have, and do nurses participate in surgery?
All our nurses hold valid nursing practice certificates and receive specialized training in hair care. The nursing team uses two roles: operating-room nurses assist with extraction, separation and implantation and perform circulating duties; treatment nurses handle preoperative examinations, postoperative care, dressing changes and long-term hair care.
The Nurses Regulation covers registration and nursing activities. Practice certificates can be inspected during your consultation.
Nurses do not diagnose, prescribe, adjust medication or design treatment plans. If nursing or non-medical staff offer a diagnosis, treatment advice or a treatment design, report it immediately to a doctor or call 400-088-0173, ext. 2301.
