Confirm the number of follow-ups, dressing-change arrangements, emergency contacts, and whether the conditions for handling unsatisfactory results are in writing with a verifiable assessment method.
The Consumer Rights Protection Law requires clear disclosure of agreed terms. Article 16 of the Advertising Law prohibits guaranteed cure-rate or efficacy claims.
Verbal promises that every graft will survive or that a survival rate is guaranteed are neither compliant nor enforceable. Request written terms and examine the exclusions.
Follow-up handling of results follows the written preoperative agreement. Assessment is usually at least 12 months after surgery, using standardized photographs and follicular-unit counts in the same marked area. Dressing changes and follow-ups are essential treatment components; stopping against instructions may affect eligibility under the agreement.
