Q84 Can I get a refund, and how?
Yes. Services already provided are settled at actual cost, and unperformed services are refunded.
Before surgery: tests, consultations and other completed services are settled at actual cost, with the remainder refunded. If assessment finds surgery unsuitable: surgical fees already collected are refunded in full. After surgery: settlement is based on services performed.

Apply for a refund in your own verified name. Funds are returned through the original payment channel; third-party payment processing times follow that provider's rules.
We respond about acceptance within two working days of the application and issue a handling response within ten working days.
