Yes. Outpatient records are normally kept by the patient, but you may entrust them to us to prevent loss. You retain the right to inspect and copy records held on your behalf, and we retain them as required.
Outpatient records, preoperative examination reports, surgical records, consent forms and postoperative follow-up records.
The Regulations on Medical Record Management in Medical Institutions and the Basic Healthcare and Health Promotion Law provide rights to inspect and copy medical records.
Apply in your own verified name and provide identification. A representative must provide written authorization.
Apply at reception or through customer service at 400-088-0173, ext. 2301. We provide records within the prescribed period after acceptance.
